Shipping Policy & FAQ
Who is our shipping carrier: We currently only ship with USPS.
Do we offer local pickup: No, not at this time. We do have pop up show at different locations. Check out our pop-up Plantastic Mumz · Customize Craft · Shopify to see where we will be at next. If you have an interest in a plant, contact us Plantastic Mumz · Customize Craft · Shopify and we could place it on hold for you there.
When do we ship: We ship plants on Tuesday and Thursday only. Non plant orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday. Please allow 2-3 days for processing. If a holiday falls on any of these days' shipment will be the following shipping day.
Do we track shipment: Yes, we track our packages. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is processed.
P.O Boxes: We do not ship to P.O Boxes
What's our return policy: All sales on plants and substrates are final and cannot be returned. If your item happens to be damaged, please contact us Plantastic Mumz · Customize Craft · Shopify within 24hr of receiving shipment. Please include at least 1 clear photo of each plant or item that is damaged. We reserve the right to offer a refund or replacement due to availability and shipping cost. We do have a 15 day return policy on all other items.
Cancelations: We do not allow cancelations once your item has been processed. Please contact us Plantastic Mumz · Customize Craft · Shopify asap if you need to cancel and we haven't processed your order.
Lost shipment: If your item is lost in shipment, please notify us immediately Plantastic Mumz · Customize Craft · Shopify We will initiate a search request and file a claim for the lost package. Once the package has been reported as lost by the shipping carrier we will refund your order.
Shipping plants: We currently only ship plants that are 6" and smaller in pot size. We do not accommodate for a couple of bent or bruised leaves. Please reach out to us Plantastic Mumz · Customize Craft · Shopify if you have any questions. We are not responsible for plants after 7 days of receipt delivery time and if you didn't contact us within 24hr of receiving your shipment.
Combining shipment: Yes, you can combine multiple shipment if the first order was not processed yet. Just leave a note at checkout and we will combine it with the first order.
Can we hold shipments: Yes, we can hold plants or any other item for up to 3 weeks. Please make a note of that during the check-out process. Once an item is processed, we cannot make any changes.
Can you preorder plants: Yes, we will have plants posted for preorder. If a plant is sold out, we may have preorder options. If you would like us to grow a particular plant in our shop, contact us Plantastic Mumz · Customize Craft · Shopify
Winter shipping: In the winter we add heat packs to every plant order. You will be notified of any fees added during the months of September through March. We will also pack each plant order with extra insulation.
Weather monitoring: We will monitor the weather during our shipping process both in our state and yours for all plants. Be aware that some delays may be caused due to weather. We will do our best to notify you of any delays that may accrue.
Plant damaged during shipping process: 1-2 limp, yellow or damaged leaf does not mean the overall plant was damaged. We do take pictures and inspect each of our plants prior to shipping. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us Plantastic Mumz · Customize Craft · Shopify.
Where do we ship from: Fall River, Massachusetts
Do ship domestic: Yes, we do.
What states are excluded: We currently don't ship plants to Arizona, Alabama, Idaho, Delaware, Florida, Maine, Tennesse, Utah, Washington, California, and Hawaii. This is temporary so feel free to periodically check our sites for changes or contact us Plantastic Mumz · Customize Craft · Shopify so that we could update you when this changes.
Do we ship Internationally: No, however we would like to hear your interest on our products. Based off of interest this may change in the future.
